Senior Salesforce QA Engineer:
- 36 years of overall QA experience, with hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM testing, preferably across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Solid experience in functional, regression, integration, smoke and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Objects, Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules and Approval Processes.
- Experience testing Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce customizations from a QA perspective.
- Hands-on experience with SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Inspector and Data Loader for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API testing using tools such as Postman, including positive, negative and error scenarios.
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations with external applications, including middleware, ERP,



eCommerce or other enterprise systems.
- Exposure to test automation using Provar, Selenium, ACCELQ, Playwright or equivalent automation frameworks.
- Ability to independently create test scenarios, test cases, regression suites, defect reports and test execution plans, with strong attention to business requirements.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in refinement, sprint testing, SIT/UAT, defect triage and production validation.
- Key expectation: The engineer should be capable of owning QA for individual Salesforce features/integrations independently, identifying gaps early, and contributing to automation and overall release qualitynot just executing predefined test cases.
