About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our product team, where you will play a key role in bridging business needs with digital solutions. Youll collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define, refine, and deliver high-value features that align with business objectives.
As a modern Business Analyst, youll operate in an Agile environment, use Azure DevOps for backlog and requirement management, and help translate strategic goals into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

What Youll Do:
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine the product backlog writing explicit and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria,



and process documentation in Azure DevOps.
- Engage stakeholders across business units to understand objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
- Map current and future-state business processes, identifying improvement opportunities and dependencies.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and backlog refinement to align teams and clarify scope.
- Partner with developers and testers to ensure requirements are correctly implemented and validated during sprints.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring outcomes meet business needs and quality standards.
- Leverage data and analytics to validate assumptions, measure business outcomes, and support decision-making.
