Network L2 Support Engineer – EUC & Technical Service Deskn

Job SummarynWe are looking for an experienced Network L2 Support Engineer with solid hands-on experience in network configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, and End User Computing (EUC/WUC).
nThe candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day network configuration and L2 troubleshooting, while also supporting end-user devices, applications, and connectivity-related issues.
Key Responsibilitiesn

Network Configuration & L2 Support n

- Provide L2 support for enterprise network infrastructuren
- Perform hands-on configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of network devicesn
- Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and other network devicesn
- Configure and manage VLANs, trunk ports, access ports, and port securityn
- Perform basic routing configuration and troubleshootingn
- Configure and troubleshoot IP addressing, subnetting, DHCP, and DNSn
- Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi / wireless connectivity and access pointsn




- Configure and troubleshoot VPN and remote-access connectivityn
- Perform network changes such as port configuration, VLAN assignment, IP changes, and network accessn
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPNn
- Perform network device health checks and basic monitoringn
- Analyze network issues using Ping, Tracert/Traceroute, Ipconfig, Nslookup and similar toolsn
- Troubleshoot network authentication and access-related issuesn
- Work with firewalls for basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the security/network L3 team for advanced changesn
- Identify and resolve network issues within defined SLA timelinesn
- Perform basic root-cause analysis for recurring network issuesn
- Coordinate with L3 teams, ISPs, vendors, and internal teams for complex incidentsn
- Maintain network configuration documents, diagrams, and support documentationn
