nJOB DESCRIPTION
nResponsibilities:
n
- n
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring compliance with contract scope, client specifications, and agreed requirements while delivering projects within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, cash-flow, invoicing, and cost-control targets.n
- Manage assembly line/project execution and operations, with hands-on oversight of shop-floor activities and sub-contractors.n
- Coordinate and oversee fabrication and quality activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.n
- Ensure adherence to all applicable statutory, regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements throughout project execution.n
- Identify and promptly report/escalate technical, operational, quality, or execution-related issues to the respective Discipline Head for timely resolution.n
- Coordinate closely with clients, internal departments, cross-functional teams, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure timely actions, deliveries,



and project completion.n
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, address customer complaints, and ensure timely resolution of issues.n
- Prepare regular project progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.n
- Follow and adhere to ISO Quality Management System requirements.n
- Handle any other project-related responsibilities assigned by the HOD.n

nRequirements
n
- n
- Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, preferably.n
- Proven experience as a Plant Project Lead/Plant Project Manager, preferably in Water Treatment projects.n
- Hands-on experience in project execution, shop-floor/assembly operations, fabrication, and sub-contractor management.n
- Preferred understanding of water treatment processes and technologies.n
- Knowledge of quality, statutory, regulatory, and legal compliance.n
