About the Role

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong hands-on expertise in Ash Management / Ash Handling, particularly in Fly Ash and Pond Ash disposal, utilization, transportation and sales. The role will involve managing end-to-end ash operations and developing sustainable utilization and disposal opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Fly Ash / Pond Ash sourcing, disposal and utilization activities.
- Develop and manage ash sales and business opportunities across various end-use industries.
- Identify and build relationships with Thermal Power Plants, Cement Plants, RMC Plants, Brick/Block manufacturers and other ash consumers.
- Coordinate ash transportation and logistics, including bulk and loose ash movement.
- Ensure timely lifting, transportation and delivery of ash as per business requirements.
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify opportunities for ash utilization in cement, RMC, bricks/blocks, road construction, mine backfilling, low-lying area filling and other applications.




- Coordinate with power plants, transporters, customers and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor quantity, pricing, transportation cost, sales realization and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental and regulatory requirements related to ash handling and utilization.
- Track market trends, competition and regional opportunities in the ash management sector.
