Shifts: 24x7 rotational (Including Night Shifts)
Experience:1-4 years of Experience (Minimum 1-3 years in L1/L2 Support)
Required Skills:
Support Microsoft tools: Outlook, Windows, Teams, Share Point, One Drive, Azure Active Directory, Share Point, Application Support, Service Now Ticketing Tool. Collaborate on network issues including VPN, TCP/IP, and OSI models. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English)



Any Full time Graduate (No backlogs, must have degree certificate). Ability to handle 24x7 rotational shifts How to register:
