Job Description
Design develop and implement Service Now IT Asset Management ITAM solutions focusing on Software Asset Management SAM Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate ITAMSAM processes into existing IT infrastructure Utilize expertise in Service Now architecture to optimize ITAM workflows and data accuracy Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ITAMSAM modules Monitor and maintain the health of ITAMSAM applications ensuring compliance with organizational standards Leverage knowledge of Service Now ITAMHardware Asset Management HAM as an additional asset to enhance asset tracking and management Provide technical guidance on Service Now ITAM architecture best practices and standards Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline asset management processes and reporting
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design and configuration of Service Now ITAMSAM modules ensuring alignment with business needs Manage the lifecycle of software assets within the Service Now platform including discovery entitlement management and compliance Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to establish and enforce ITAMSAM policies and procedures Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data integrity and compliance with licensing agreements Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Now ITAMSAM implementations and integrations Mentor and support junior team members in Service Now ITAM best practices and
