We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in the field of Intellectual Property. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, qualify leads, understand clients' needs, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities:
Qualify the New Lead: Research and qualify new leads and add them to the sales pipeline. Customer Interaction: Communicating with customers, making calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, identifying sales opportunities and following up on leads.
Customer Onboarding:



Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information either via email or on call and if needed, explain and demonstrate the product and its features. Contract Management: Proficiently managing customer contracts to ensure successful deals and client satisfaction. Maintain Customer Relationship: Creating and maintaining a rapport with existing and potential customers. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in technical field will be preferred. (BCA/MCA/B. Tech/M. Tech/BBA/MBA/B. Com) Proven robust experience in inbound sales and handling customers. 1 year+ experience in the same field. (Fresher with technical background may apply) Able to handle pressure. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Excellent presentation and product demo capabilities. Solid contract closure skills.
