We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented AGM – Primary Sales to lead and drive the primary sales function for our real estate business in Noida.
The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in primary real estate sales, preferably with a reputed real estate developer, along with strong knowledge of the Noida/NCR market. The candidate must have proven experience in team handling, sales leadership, channel management, revenue generation, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Primary Sales function for Noida projects. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Drive sales through direct sales, channel partners, and other relevant sales channels. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and conversions. Set individual and team targets and monitor performance against business objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, investors, and key stakeholders.



Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the existing channel partner network. Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing, inventory, and customer preferences in the Noida real estate market. Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth sales closures. Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to booking and closure. Review daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and take corrective actions wherever required. Ensure effective utilization of inventory and achievement of project-wise sales targets. Conduct regular team reviews, sales meetings, and performance evaluations. Build a high-performance sales culture with strong focus on revenue, conversions, productivity, and customer experience.
