Required Technical Skill Set – Service Now ITAM/HAM/SAM
Job Responsibilities
Implement and customize ITAM modules (HAM & SAM Pro) on Service Now Manage asset lifecycle processes including procurement, inventory, deployment, and retirement Configure software license management, compliance tracking, and normalization Develop solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer Integrate Service Now with procurement systems, discovery tools, and third-party vendors Work with CMDB and Discovery teams to ensure data accuracy and reconciliation Build reports and dashboards for asset visibility, compliance, and optimization Date: - 19-September-2026 (Saturday)
Time: - 9:00 AM – 1 :00 PM
Experience Range: 5-12 Years
