nIT Expert experienced in MES with special emphasis on Siemens OpsCenter
nResponsibilities

- Take care of service requests and issue resolution for various running OP center systemsn
- Interact with customers and stakeholders on issue resolutionn
- Shiftwork required: early shift and late shift will be required, no night shift.n
- On call service required from time to time over weekend and/or nightn
- Execute life cycle management activities such as patching according to vulnerability management plann
- Support project activities according to capabilities, such as installations, configurations, peripheral device integration etc. . Depending on experience, full integration in technical project team is possiblen
- Initiate and follow up processes such as change management, update relevant documentation and systemsn

- n
- IT, engineering or natural science backgroundn




- 3-10 years experience in operational services, in best case for MES OP Centern
- Familiar as a user with ServiceNow, ITIL processes, change management processes, vulnerability management processesn
- Good technical understanding of the platform, administrative functions and configuration parametersn
- Good technical understanding of integration of the platform to other higher or lower level components such as SAP, Kepware, OPC UA, weighing systems...n
- Valuable technical understanding of operating systems and network componentsn
- Good understanding of ISA95 OT architecturen
- Very good communication skills, experienced in handling conflicts with difficult customers, cross cultural competence and clear English languagen
- Quality oriented mind-set with proven practice of documentation and testingn
