nAbout the Role
nWe're looking for a B2B Graphic Designer to join Pepper's internal marketing team and own the visual identity of the Pepper brand. This isn't a role focused on a single design format—it's about bringing our brand to life across social media, campaigns, events, presentations, websites, internal communications, and everything in between.

nWhat You'll Do

- Design high-quality creatives for Pepper's social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.).n




- Create visual assets for brand campaigns, product launches, webinars, events, and marketing initiatives.n
- Design presentations, pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, whitepapers, eBooks, and sales collateral.n
- Develop emailers, newsletters, banners, landing page assets, and website graphics.n
- Create branding assets for internal initiatives, employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and company communications.n
- Work on event branding including booth creatives, merchandise, standees, invites, and digital assets.n
- Collaborate closely with content, product marketing, growth, and people teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.n
- Ensure brand consistency across every design touchpoint while continuously evolving Pepper's visual identity.n
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver creatives within tight timelines.n
