nThe Portfolio Lead will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, overseeing the strategy, planning, and execution of programs and projects that drive business value and digital transformation. This role requires a blend of business acumen, program management discipline,



and a solid understanding of technologies. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with enterprise goals while maintaining compliance, governance, and measurable outcomes.

- Align and follow governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, ethical AI adoption, and transparency.n
- Partner with Business, IT Partners and Technology teams in finalizing high-impact projects.n
- Coordinate with Business, IT Partners and Evangelists to develop business cases, ROI models, and success metrics for initiatives.n
