About the Role
We are looking for a Team Lead who will manage a team of Counsellors while personally driving sales for our Nursing and Hospitality Career Pathway Programs to Albania, Korea, and Malta, Japan, Germany. This is a hands- on, individually-billed leadership role — the TL is expected to counsel and close high-value/walk-in leadspersonally, in addition to managing team performance.

Key Responsibilities
Team & Target Management
● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Counsellors; assign daily/weekly lead distribution and targets.
● Track individual and team performance against enrolment and revenue targets; conduct daily reviews and
pipeline audits.
● Train counsellors on program updates, objection-handling, and destination-specific selling points
(Albania/Korea/Malta job market, salary structures, visa timelines).
● Conduct regular call audits, CRM audits, and coach the team on conversion improvement.
Individual Sales Contribution (Hands-on)
● Personally, counsel and close premium/escalated leads, walk-ins, and corporate/institutional tie-ups.




● Own a personal enrolment/revenue target in addition to team targets.
● Represent the organization at seminars, education fairs, and B2B partner meetings to generate direct
business.
● Build channel partnerships (nursing colleges, ITIs, hospitality institutes, sub-agents) for lead generation.

Operations & Reporting
● Coordinate with the operations/visa and language-training teams to ensure smooth candidate journey post-
enrolment.
● Prepare and present weekly/monthly MIS reports on enrolments, revenue, funnel conversion, and team
productivity to management.
● Monitor competitor pricing, program structures, and market trends across Albania/Korea/Malta corridors;
recommend counterstrategies.
● Handle escalations and ensure high candidate satisfaction and referral generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 4–7 years of overall experience with at least 1–2 years in a team-leading + individual sales capacity.
