As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and proactive (Junior) Business Development Manager who can help us identify new opportunities, build relationships, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Role Overview

As a (Junior) Business Development Manager , your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities for DigitalSpan.

You will research potential clients, identify the right decision-makers, conduct outreach, qualify opportunities, organize meetings, support proposal development, and gradually take more ownership of the complete sales process.




This role is suitable for someone early in their business development or sales career who is commercially minded, comfortable communicating with people, and eager to grow into a more senior business development position.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients that match DigitalSpan's target customer profiles.
- Research companies, industries, and decision-makers.
- Build and continuously improve prospect lists.
- Generate leads through , email outreach, networking, referrals, events, and other channels.
- Identify opportunities within existing networks and client relationships.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Outreach & Relationship Building
- Conduct personalized outreach through , email, phone, and other channels.
- Start conversations with prospective clients and understand their business needs.
- Follow up consistently with leads and opportunities.
