Role Overview

The Process Associate will support customer operations through email and chat channels while ensuring accuracy in data management and delivering a high standard of customer service. The role plays a key part in improving operational efficiency and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries and concerns through email and chat. Ensure accurate data entry, updates, and maintenance across systems. Investigate and resolve customer issues within defined processes. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate support teams.



Maintain process compliance and service quality standards. Eligibility Criteria
Freshers from the 2025 and 2026 batches. Arts & Science graduates only. Strong written communication skills are essential. Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in arts & science disciplines. Not Eligible
BE / B. Tech MCA M. Tech IT Engineering graduates Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are encouraged to attend the walk-in drive with an updated resume and relevant academic documents.
