About the Opportunity
We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive for an established global technology and digital solutions organisation with a solid presence across international markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of outbound sales, lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development across Indian markets , particularly within the BFSI and enterprise technology space .

Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound sales and lead generation initiatives across Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to identify potential customers.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective leads.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Business Development and Sales teams .
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve lead-generation targets.
- Use tools such as Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator ,



and CRM platforms for prospecting and activity tracking.
- Understand customer business challenges and effectively position relevant technology and digital solutions .
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activities, and pipeline progress in the CRM.

What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, SDR/BDR, or Outbound Sales .
- Strong hands-on experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting .
- Experience selling to or working with the BFSI sector is mandatory .
- Exposure to enterprise technology, IT services, SaaS, fintech, banking technology, or digital solutions is highly preferred.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia , with strong English communication skills .
- Experience with Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator , o
