We're hiring a Founder's Office (Outbound) intern to run our account-based outbound engine alongside the founder.

Comp:

Historically, we've seen the strongest success rates hiring undergrads from elite institutions (yk which) who run this alongside their coursework. The night-shift schedule actually works well for student life, and the role rewards curiosity and writing chops over years of experience. If you're a high-agency undergrad, this is built for you.

The honest pitch:
This is heads-down execution work. You'll spend most of your day researching specific accounts on our dream 100 list and reaching out across email, LinkedIn, and phone. It's grunt work, focused, repetitive, high-volume on personalization. The upside is the trajectory: over time,



we'll teach you how we audit subcategories, build positioning, and design ABM motions from scratch. You'll see the full journey of how ABM actually gets run inside a small company selling six-figure deals into a niche TAM - that's not something you get to see from the outside.

What you'll do:
- Run personalized, account-based outbound to our dream 100 list, one account at a time, deeply researched
- Sequence across cold email, LinkedIn, and phone, same prospect, multi-touch, multi-channel
- Get on the phone. A lot. You'll be calling US founders and operators.
- Book qualified calls onto our calendar
- Hit your weekly input quota, no one is breathing down your neck. Meet the number, full autonomy on how you get there.

Who we're looking for:
- Sounds good on the phone. Explicit, confident, warm. This matters more than experience.
- Writes well. Clean, peer-to-peer, no fluff.
