Job SummaryCompany is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales function, manage HNI clients, drive revenue growth, and ensure effective performance of the entire sales team.
The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling and team-management skills, be comfortable working with HNI/VIP customers, and be willing to personally visit clients whenever required.
Key Responsibilities1. Client & HNI Client Management
- Manage and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle HNI/VIP clients with a high level of professionalism and personalized service.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Personally visit significant clients whenever required to develop and strengthen relationships.
- Drive repeat business and referrals from premium customers.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Take ownership of sales targets and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer acquisition.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Track market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities.
3. Sales Team Management
- Lead, motivate and monitor the complete sales team.
- Allocate targets and responsibilities to team members.
- Review individual and team performance regularly.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance/coaching to team members.
- Ensure discipline, productivity and achievement of sales targets.
4. Sales Coordination & Operations
- Supervise the Sales Coordinator and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads, enquiries, orders and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch and customer service.
- Ensure all sales activities and client commitments are followed through to closure.
5. Data & Sales Analytics
- Work closely with the Data A
