Position Overview

We are looking for a high energy, customer focused sales consultant to engage prospective learners who apply for programs offered by us. With a strong volume of inbound interest,



this role is essential to ensure every qualified lead receives timely, relevant guidance and a seamless enrolment experience. The incumbent will connect with prospective learners, understand their career aspirations and requirements, articulate the right program fit, and drive conversions through a consultative or transactional approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact inbound leads promptly through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other relevant channels.
- Understand each prospect's background, goals, motivations, and concerns to build an effective learner persona.
- Recommend suitable programs from portfolio based on the prospect's needs and career objectives.
- Explain program value, curriculum, outcomes, eligibility, fee structure, schedules, and enrolment process clearly and confidently.
