Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutions and relevant industry stakeholders.
- Promote Thryve NexGen's professional training programs.
- Identify and approach EPC companies,



engineering consultancies and other organizations for potential design & engineering subcontracting opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for technical and professional training services for corporate clients.
- Conduct market research and build structured databases, manage the business-development pipeline from prospect identification and initial outreach through meetings, proposals, follow-ups and prospect conversion.
- Support preparation and coordination of business proposals, presentations, capability statements and institutional partnership initiatives.
- Represent Thryve NexGen professionally at meetings, industry events, networking forums and relevant exhibitions.
- Work closely with the leadership and technical teams to understand client requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
- Maintain regular reports on leads, meetings, proposals, conversions, pipeline value and other agreed business-development KPIs.
