- Design, implement, deliver, and validate Nexthink experience features (both front end and back end).n
- Need to have solid knowledge in performing baseline analysis using Nexthink telemetry data for environment gaps.n
- Able to provide a roadmap to constantly improve the overall Digital Experience Score.n
- Able to create custom dashboards, investigations, alerts, and monitor trends.n
- Creation of custom remote actions must use Nexthink PowerShell scripting standards.n
- Sound knowledge in PowerShell script with error handling for creating custom remote actions in Nexthink.n
- Sound knowledge in troubleshooting Windows operating system issues and basic in MAC OS.n
