- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and operational reportingn




- Proven experience handling Major Incidents and service outagesn
- Robust governance mindset with focus on SLA adherence and risk reductionn
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skillsn

- Incident, Problem, Change, and Request and Knowledge Management processesn
- Act as Major Incident Manager and drive fast service restorationn
- Track, manage, and report SLAs, OLAs, and KPIsn
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and problem preventionn
- Ensure process compliance and audit readinessn
- Lead continuous service improvement (CSI) initiativesn
