nRole Overview
nThe State Head will own the complete business performance for the assigned state, with end-to-end responsibility for Revenue, Customer Experience, Sales Excellence, and Operational Delivery. The role requires a leader who can think strategically while remaining deeply involved in execution, coaching teams, improving processes, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
nThis is a leadership position responsible for driving business growth through Sales, Service,



and Member Experience teams while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Business & Revenue Ownership

- Own the P&L; and revenue targets for the assigned state.n
- Drive subscription revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution.n
- Monitor business KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.n
- Identify new growth opportunities and improve market penetration.n

n2.Sales Leadership

- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers and Relationship Managers.n
- Build a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.n
- Improve conversion rates through structured sales reviews and coaching.n
- Ensure robust pipeline management and forecasting discipline.n

n3.Customer Experience & Service Excellence
