nPrimary - Zscaler Dex Specifically (ZDX) tool - must have 2-3 years hands on exp. If candidates have worked on any other tool in Zscaler Dex , check if they have knowledge and interest to work on ZDX .
nTechnical Experience:
nMust have:
n10+ years of IT experience, 3+ years in managing endpoint tools such as Zscaler Dex/ Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack.
nMust have exposure to Zscaler Dex (ZDX) with platform and admin certifications, ITIL foundation certification
nProject Management tools – JIRA, Azure DevOps
nExperience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy
nPossesses knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
nRoles & Responsibilities:
nIdentification of potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance scores in the designated DEX tool
nExperience in implementing and driving automation initiatives
nCreate intake processes to gather requirements from stakeholders
nParticipate in problem hunting sessions to identify opportunities in the setting
nAnalytical skills to slice and dice the data per use case needs
nCreate Success Plans, Roadmaps and Value Realization documents to help customer achieve business objectives.
nResponsible for customer/stakeholder relationship management
nProvide cross functional supportAct as a liaison between vendor and client
