nWe are seeking a CloudOps Engineer to ensure the stability, performance, and cost efficiency of our AWS Infrastructure. You will own incident management, lead troubleshooting of production issues, and drive continuous optimization across our cloud operations. This role requires hands-on technical expertise in AWS services, security vulnerability remediation, and the ability to communicate complex technical issues to stakeholders. You'll be instrumental in maintaining high availability and strengthening our security posture.
nRoles & Responsibilities
n1. Incident Management & Operations

- Lead incident response; conduct RCA and implement preventive measuresn
- Monitor AWS infrastructure 24/7 via CloudWatch; escalate and resolve issuesn
- Maintain SLAs/SLOs; track and report uptime metrics to leadershipn
n2. Infrastructure Management & Optimization
n

- Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure (compute, networking, storage, databases)n
- Execute OS upgrades, patches, and security updates on production systemsn
- Optimize AWS costs; identify and implement rightsizing and savings opportunitiesn
n3. Security & Compliance

- n
- Manage vulnerability assessments using Qualys, CrowdStrike, or similar toolsn
- Remediate security findings; ensure IAM policies and access controls are currentn
- Support compliance audits and maintain security posturen
n4. Communication & Reporting

- n
- Communicate technical issues clearly to management, engineering, and business stakeholdersn
- Deliver incident reports, post-mortems, and optimization recommendationsn
- Support cost analysis and savings trackingn

nShift Timings: 9 A.M – 6 P.M (Indian Standard Time). Work from office minimum 2 days/week.
