nWhat You'll Do

- Work directly with founders on high-priority business initiatives.n
- Take projects from problem identification to execution.n
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research.n
- Analyze data and develop actionable insights.n
- Build presentations, reports, and business recommendations.n
- Support initiatives across strategy, growth, marketing, and operations.n
- Coordinate with teams to drive execution and remove bottlenecks.n
- Identify process gaps and help build better systems and processes.n
- Take ownership of ad-hoc business problems and special projects.n
nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- 0–3 years of experience in a startup, consulting, strategy, operations, growth, or similar role is preferred.n
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.n
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and figure out solutions independently.n
- Someone who thinks before executing and asks the right questions.n
- Strong research and attention to detail.n
- High sense of ownership and execution.n
- Strong written and verbal communication.n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.n
