- Manage SLA-based critical activities and deliver high-quality outputs under pressuren
- Handle exceptions and drive timely resolutionn

- Manage group email inboxes and respond to queries within SLAn
- Allocate daily work and monitor team deliverablesn
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for process-related queriesn




- Serve as the first escalation point for operational issuesn
- Manage email and query queues effectivelyn
- Prepare and deliver accurate MIS and performance metricsn
- Ensure accurate closure of end-of-day activities and checklistsn
