nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute social media strategies for inhouse brands.n
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram and other relevant platforms.n
- Ideate and create engaging Reels, Stories, carousels, posts, UGC and campaign content.n
- Stay updated with social media trends, sounds, formats, memes, creators, and fashion culture.n
- Build a distinct voice and visual identity for each brand.n
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, influencers, and UGC creators.n




- Manage influencer collaborations and creator campaigns.n
- Write creative briefs, captions, hooks, and CTAs.n
- Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve content and engagement.n
- Track reach, views, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.n
- Manage community engagement through comments, DMs, mentions, and UGC.n
- Support product launches, campaigns, shoots, and brand activations.n

nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 0-1 years of experience in social media, preferably fashion, D2C, lifestyle, or beauty.n
- Strong understanding of Instagram and current internet culture.n
- Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.n
- Strong visual sense and understanding of fashion aesthetics.n
- Good copywriting skills.n
- Ability to identify trends and turn them into relevant brand content.n
