nWe are looking for a Key Account Manager with strong experience in Client Success / Client Servicing to manage key client accounts, build long-term relationships, and ensure smooth campaign execution.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day client communication and relationship managementn
- Handle multiple client accounts and ensure high client satisfactionn
- Coordinate with Creative, Media, Content, SEO and Operations teamsn
- Track campaigns, deliverables, timelines, approvals and dependenciesn
- Conduct client review meetings and presentationsn
- Understand client requirements and align execution with business objectivesn
- Proactively identify client concerns and coordinate for timely resolutionn
- Prepare client reports, MOMs, presentations and status updatesn
- Support campaign planning and strategy discussionsn
- Identify opportunities for account growth and stronger client relationshipsn
