- Lead acquisition of HNI & Ultra HNI clients through networks, referrals, and market connectn
- Build strong presence within the affluent client ecosystem (entrepreneurs, promoters, professionals)n

nRevenue Ownership & Business Growth

- Own broking revenue delivery across equity, derivatives, commodity, and currency segments.n
- Drive growth in MTF book, client wallet share, and trading activity.n

nTeam Leadership & Performance

- Build and lead a team of HNI Relationship Managers and Advisorsn

nClient Relationships & Advisory
