- Strong expertise in JAMF Pro administration and scripting.n
- Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and MDM concepts.n
- Good understanding of networking, VPN, and security protocols.n
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.n
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.n

nKey Responsibilities*

- n
- Provide Level 2/3 support for macOS devices across the enterprise.n
- Deploy, configure, and manage Mac systems using JAMF Pro.n
- Create and maintain policies, configuration profiles, and scripts in JAMF.n
- Perform software packaging, patch management, and OS upgrades.n
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Mac devices.n
- Ensure compliance with security standards and IT policies.n
- Collaborate with Windows and network teams for cross-platform support.n
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.n
- Train end-users on Mac usage and best practices.n
