We are looking for an entrepreneurial senior business leader to build and scale our Architectural Hardware & Furniture Fittings business into a strong national brand.
This is not a conventional Business Development or high-fixed-salary position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a business and participate in the value they create.
Your Mandate
You will take leadership of the complete business-building journey, including:
• Developing the overall business & growth strategy
• Product & category development
• Building the sales & leadership team
• Creating a pan-India distribution network
• Brand building, marketing & GTM strategy
• Developing dealer, distributor, architect & institutional channels
• Establishing systems, KPIs and processes
• Driving revenue, profitability and long-term business value
Who Are We Looking For?
A senior qualified with 15+ years of experience, preferably in architectural hardware,
furniture fittings, kitchen/wardrobe hardware, building products or allied industries, with a proven track record of building teams, channels and businesses.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to build, not just manage.
