nShift : Night Shift
nWeekly Off : Rotational Weekdays
nEligibility:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process. (Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.)n
- Technical Support experience is mandatory along with customer handling skills.n
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.n
- Robust troubleshooting, analytical skill.n

nKey Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance to international customers.n
- Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologiesn
- Diagnose and resolve issues with a focus on first-call resolution.n
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.n
