We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who can independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta.

- Plan, create, manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. N
- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube and Remarketing campaigns. N
- Manage Facebook and Instagram lead generation and conversion campaigns. N
- Conduct keyword research, search term analysis and negative keyword management. N
- Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and overall campaign performance. N
- Manage campaign budgetsand make regular bid and budget adjustments. N
- Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement. N
- Create and test different ad copies, audiences, keywords and creatives. N
- Monitor search terms and ensure irrelevant traffic is controlled through negative keywords. N
- Set up and check conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, GA4 and Google Tag Manager. N
- Prepare regular campaign perf
