nGovernance & AOP Delivery

- Deliver AOP targets for Loss Ratio, PCC, cost, and quality parameters. N
- Monitor performance metrics and publish governance dashboards. N
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance frameworks. N

nRisk, Audit & Compliance

- Drive audit readiness and closure of audit observations and risk actionable. N
- Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Legal teams to maintain strong control hygiene. N

nStrategic Execution & Program Management

- Lead monthly delivery plans, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project timelines. N
- Manage cross-functionalworkstreams and dependencies for strategic initiatives. N





nStakeholder Engagement & Leadership

- Collaborate with UW, Claims, Actuarial, Product, Operations, and Technology functions. N
- Influence decision-making with data-backed insights and structured communication. N
- Lead governance forums and leadership review cycles. N

- Create high-impact CXO-level review decks, reports, and strategic presentations. N
- Drive crisp documentation of processes, policies, and status updates. N
