NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for an Associate to join the Stakeholder Delight team at Give. The role involves resolving donor and NGO queries in a timely manner and engaging with stakeholders across multiple communication channels.

- Work in flexible shiftsand adhere to all SLAs N
- Take end-to-end responsibility for understanding and addressing pain-points of external stakeholders N
- Contribute to the planning and execution of internal initiatives N
- Resolve queries from NGOs, donors, and other stakeholders within SLAs, following standard processes N
- Complete quality checkson resolved support tickets N
- Assist donors through the donation and reactivation process over phone calls N
- Reach out to internal teams for resolution of queries N
- Analyze posts from social media channels and resolve or escalate actionable comments and queries N
- Capture the voice of stakeholders and work with internal teams to resolve their pain-points N
- Have good interpersonalskills, with command over verbal and written English and Hindi N
