We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head – Telesales to lead, scale, and optimise the telesales function and drive measurable business growth.

The role will be responsible for building high-performing sales teams, improving lead-to-conversion performance, strengthening sales processes, and establishing a strong performance culture. The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking with hands-on sales leadership, strong data orientation, and a proven ability to convert leads into walk-ins, sales, and long-term customers.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, manage, mentor, and scale the telesales / inside sales team to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement telesales strategies to improve lead conversion, walk-ins, sales, and customer retention.
- Establish clear performance frameworks and KPIs covering productivity, lead quality,



conversion rates, follow-ups, revenue, and team performance.
- Analyse call-to-walk-in and call-to-sale conversion ratios and develop strategies to improve overall sales efficiency.
- Establish and continuously improve telesales processes, workflows, scripts, and quality standards.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Manage lead allocation, prioritisation, follow-up processes, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Ensure effective utilisation of CRM systems to track leads, pipelines, activities, conversions, and sales forecasts.
- Analyse CRM data to identify performance gaps, customer trends, lead-quality issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular sales training, coaching sessions, performance reviews, and quality audits.
- Monitor call quality and ensure consistent communication, customer engagement, and sales standards across the team.
