Job Description
- Manage overall security operations for the property.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Develop and implement security policies and protocols.
- Oversee security staff and their performance.
- Handle crisis management and emergency response plans.
- Coordinate with government authorities and local organisations.
- Monitor and evaluate security systems and technologies.

The Successful Applicant
- 15+ years of distinguished service in the Indian Army, Paramilitary Forces, or Police Services, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Prior experience in handling security operations, crisis management,



intelligence, investigations, or stakeholder engagement.
- Post-retirement experience within real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, or large corporate environments will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Maharashtra regulatory and law enforcement landscape, particularly within Pune and surrounding regions.
