Job Description
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities across India.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial customers.
- Expand business within sectors including footwear, leather goods, polyurethane processing, automotive, adhesives, and other industrial applications.
- Conduct customer visits, commercial discussions, and market development activities.
- Coordinate technical trials, product evaluations, and industrial implementation projects.
- Collaborate closely with international technical teams to support customer requirements.
- Gather market intelligence and identify new applications, sectors, and growth opportunities.
- Map industrial clusters, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and sourcing opportunities.
- Assess logistics,



infrastructure, and market trends to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare market and business insights to support future expansion initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline. Business graduates with strong industrial B2B experience will also be considered.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or commercial roles within specialty chemicals or industrial materials.
- Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing environments and customer engagement.
- Proven ability to generate new business and develop new markets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, analytical, and commercially focused.
- Comfortable travelling extensively across India.
