We are seeking an experienced and highly connected professional to build, develop, and manage a strong Founder Network. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the startup ecosystem, venture capital, entrepreneurship, and relationship management. This role requires an individual who can establish meaningful connections with founders, entrepreneurs, investors, venture capital firms, accelerators, incubators, and other key stakeholders within the startup ecosystem.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding and strengthening the organization’s network of founders and creating opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, investments, community engagement, and strategic initiatives. The role requires robust interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, commercial awareness, and a deep understanding of how startups and venture capital ecosystems operate.

Key Responsibilities

Build, expand, and maintain a high-quality network of startup founders, entrepreneurs, and business leaders across different industries and stages of growth.

Develop strong relationships with founders, venture capital firms, angel investors, accelerators, incubators, startup communities, and ecosystem partners.

Identify and engage promising founders and startups that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Leverage existing relationships and industry connections to create opportunities for partnerships, introductions, collaborations, and business development.

Stay actively connected with developments across the startup and venture capital ecosystem, including funding trends, emerging sectors, investment activity, and high-growth companies.

Plan and execute initiatives to strengthen founder engagement, including networking events, founder communities, roundtable
