Job Description

Event Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute annual event and engagement calendars across assets.
- Plan and deliver events for channel partners, clients, and occupiers.
- Create asset-level activations that drive footfall, engagement, and tenant satisfaction.
- Measure event effectiveness through ROI, footfall growth, customer feedback, and business impact.
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost efficiency.

IP Development & Sponsorships
- Create and launch proprietary property-level IPs that differentiate the asset and strengthen brand positioning.
- Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities to generate incremental revenue.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics including revenue generation, customer acquisition, and brand impact.
- Drive monetization through partnerships and collaborations.

Stakeholder Management




- Collaborate with property teams, marketing teams, clients, agencies, sponsors, artists, and external partners.
- Build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver engagement initiatives successfully.

Performance & Business Growth
- Track key KPIs related to engagement, footfalls, sponsorship revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Recommend improvements based on market trends, customer insights, and performance data.
- Support the business in creating memorable experiences that enhance occupier retention and asset value.

The Successful Applicant
- 10-12 years of experience in Events, Trade Marketing, Brand Activation, Local Store Marketing, Experiential Marketing, or Engagement Programs.
- Experience across Real Estate, Hospitality, BFSI, Retail, Lifestyle, FMCG, or related sectors.
