nRole Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle, ensuring a positive and consistent experience. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining and updating CRM systems, tracking customer interactions, responding to inquiries,



coordinating with sales and project teams, and following up on leads and customer feedback. The specialist will help design and implement customer engagement initiatives, monitor customer satisfaction, and support issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves preparing reports and insights from customer data to inform decision-making and improve processes.
