nmarketplace accounts, improve product visibility, enhance conversion rates, and drive revenue
ngrowth through strategic planning, performance marketing inputs, and cross-functional
ncollaboration.

nKey Responsibilities
nMarketplace Management
n

- Manage relationships and business operations with QCom partners.n
- Ensure timely listing, relisting, and optimization of product catalogues.n
- Drive revenue growth through promotions, ads, and platform-led opportunities.n
- Track and manage platform payments, returns, claims, and penalties.n

nD2C Website Management
n
- n
- Oversee website updates, product pages, banners, and user experience improvements.n
- Coordinate with performance marketing teams for traffic and conversion optimization.n




- Analyse customer behaviour, A/B test funnels, and improve retention metrics.n

nSales Planning & Growth
n
- n
- Build monthly and quarterly sales plans for all e-commerce platforms.n
- Drive visibility via deals, pricing strategies, and exclusive online launches.n
- Monitor competition pricing, promotions, and recent launches.n
- Operations, Inventory & Supply Chain Coordinationn

nEnsure optimal stock availability across fulfilment centres
n
- n
- Work closely with supply chain teams to minimize OOS, returns, and delivery issues.n
- Monitor marketplace SLAs to maintain high service performance.n

nMarketing & Content Optimization
n
- n
- Coordinate with content and creative teams for A+ pages, images, and videos.n
- Manage marketplace ads (AMS, Flipkart Ads, etc.) and improve RoAS.n
- Lead review generation initiatives and improve seller ratings.n
