Position Overview We are seeking a fast-paced, trend-aware Junior Video Editor who understands what captures attention in today's digital market. You will be responsible for cutting high-energy reels, architectural showcase videos, and promotional content optimized for social media engagement and modern brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, fast-paced videos for Instagram Reels, You Tube, client presentations, and marketing campaigns. Stay ahead of social media trends, pacing styles, and audio choices that resonate with current digital audiences. Design engaging motion graphics, text animations, and seamless transitions to elevate video retention. Perform basic color grading, sound design, audio syncing,



and mixing to ensure professional broadcast quality. Collaborate closely with the creative team to turn raw 3 D renders and project footage into viral-ready promotional assets. Mandatory Requirements
Software Proficiency: Robust command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (proficiency in alternative editing software like Cap Cut or Da Vinci Resolve is a strong plus). Speed & Efficiency: Proven ability to work quickly and manage tight turnaround times without sacrificing output quality. Market Awareness: A sharp eye for contemporary editing styles, pacing, and visual hooks that perform well on modern social platforms. Portfolio: A demonstrable reel showcasing short-form video editing, motion graphics, and dynamic pacing.
