Role: Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and converting opportunities into successful business engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and digital channels. Research target markets, industries, and potential clients to identify growth opportunities.



Generate and qualify leads and manage the complete sales/business development cycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client requirements and work closely with technical/product teams to propose suitable solutions. Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions. Conduct product and solution demonstrations when required. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts. Develop strategic partnerships and explore new channels for revenue growth. Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets. What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, B2 B Sales
