Our business operates across D2 C, marketplaces, quick commerce, pharmacies, distributors and doctor-led channels. As we scale, we are looking for a hands-on Chartered Accountant to strengthen our finance, accounting and financial control functions.
The Role
We are looking for a CA who has spent at least 2 years working within a D2 C/startup workplace and understands the financial complexity of a multi-channel consumer business.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can go beyond compliance and take ownership of accounting, reconciliations, MIS, cash flow, financial controls and business reporting.
What You'll Own
Finance & Accounting
Oversee day-to-day accounting and ensure accuracy of books.



Manage month-end and year-end closing. Review ledgers, journal entries, provisions, expenses and balance-sheet reconciliations. Ensure proper accounting treatment across revenue, expenses, inventory and other transactions. Strengthen internal financial controls and accounting SOPs. D2 C & Ecommerce Reconciliations
Oversee reconciliation of payment gateways, bank accounts, COD collections and courier partners. Reconcile settlements from Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces. Reconcile sales and collections across D2 C, marketplaces, quick commerce and offline channels. Identify settlement discrepancies, deductions, returns, refunds and outstanding receivables. Prepare monthly MIS, P& L, balance sheet and cash-flow reporting. Track revenue, gross margins, channel profitability, operating expenses and working capital. Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analyses. Provide management with cl
