Role Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Develop and maintain relationships with institutions and relevant industry stakeholders. Promote Thryve Nex Gen's professional training programs. Identify and approach EPC companies,



engineering consultancies and other organizations for potential design & engineering subcontracting opportunities. Identify opportunities for technical and professional training services for corporate clients. Conduct market research and build structured databases, manage the business-development pipeline from prospect identification and initial outreach through meetings, proposals, follow-ups and prospect conversion. Support preparation and coordination of business proposals, presentations, capability statements and institutional partnership initiatives. Represent Thryve Nex Gen professionally at meetings, industry events, networking forums and relevant exhibitions. Work closely with the leadership and technical teams to understand client requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
