We are looking for energetic, self-driven professionals to support ASSOCHAM's Healthcare, Pharma, and Wellness verticals. The role offers significant exposure to industry engagement, business development, sponsorship acquisition, membership growth, and event management.

1.Revenue Generation & Sponsorship Development

/n

/n
- Support sponsorship acquisition efforts for conferences, webinars, summits, roundtables, and industry initiatives.
/n
- Identify prospective sponsors, partners, and participating organizations.
/n
- Conduct outreach through email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, tele-calling, and meetings.
/n
- Support achievement of sponsorship, delegate registration, and partnership targets.
/n

2.Membership Growth & Stakeholder Engagement

/n

/n
- Identify and engage prospective member organizations across healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, and wellness sectors.
/n




- Promote ASSOCHAM's membership offerings and sector-specific initiatives.
/n
- Support onboarding and relationship management activities for new members.
/n

3.Event & Conference Management

/n

/n
- Support planning and execution of industry conferences, webinars, workshops, awards, roadshows, and stakeholder meetings.
/n
- Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, delegates, partners, government representatives, and exhibitors.
/n
- Manage registrations, event logistics, communication, venue coordination, and post-event reporting.
/n
- Support delegate acquisition and promotional campaigns to maximize participation.
/n
- Ensure seamless execution of events while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
/n

4.Database & Information Management

- Develop and maintain databases containing member organizations, healthcare companies, sponsors, speakers, and industry contacts.
