- Manage, configure, and support ZIA policies, web filtering, URL categorization,firewall and SSL inspection.n
- Troubleshoot internet access, authentication, application access, and performance issues.n
- Analyze ZIA logs and Nanolog data to identify traffic patterns, anomalies, and threats.n
- Configure and manage GRE/IPSec tunnels and PAC files.n
- Handle escalations related to content filtering, SSL decryption, and bandwidth control.n
- Integrate ZIA with identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, SAML, LDAP).n
- Optimize ZIA policies based on security best practices and business needs.n
- Manage and monitor Zscaler App (Z-App) deployment, updates, and health status.n

nZPA:

- Configure and maintain ZPA policies, application segments, and connectors.n
- Troubleshoot ZPA connectivity issues,



including App Connector failures and segment misconfigurations.n
- Perform user access validation and resolve remote access issues.n
